Tom Collett & Clint Collett, natives of Spokane have been serving the residences and businesses of Spokane for many years. Working separately but for different companies, they have both experienced the ups and downs of heating and cooling but wanted to make improvements. After enjoying a family meal a lively discussion ended with the idea to team up as brothers and form a local family-operated business. A plan was made and goals were set to build a business that would help customers with their HVAC needs and set a high standard for quality.
